Getting started with LoanDocSolutions is quick and painless:

Step 1: Complete the new customer signup form.
Step 2: Within one business day, we will send you our standard contract via DocuSign for e-signing. We’ll email you if we have any questions.
Step 3: Once the contract is signed, we will send you a link to our new customer information form. This form collects the nitty-gritty details we need to complete the setup process. (Such as the lender’s address, late charges, default rates, loan programs offered, and features you will need.)
Step 4: Within two business days after submitting the new customer information form we will notify you that your setup is complete and you are cleared to order loan documents!

Note: before LoanDocSolutions can prepare loan documents which name a lender other than the customer, we need to have the lender sign an acknowledgment of the LoanDocSolutions standard terms and conditions.
We will next collect the information we need to prepare the lender acknowledgment and send it to the lender for e-signing. The lender acknowledgment will be sent for e-signing, via DocuSign, to the person designated to sign on behalf of the lender via DocuSign for e-signing.

User Setup

Users who should be issued logins to the LDS website. If you wish to have access to the LDS website you must include yourself in this list.*

Under Role enter either 'Admin' or 'Standard'. Admin users can access all data records. Standard users can only access the loan data records they create. Most customers with a small closing staff make all users Admins so they can access each other's data records.

Borrower entity document review and signature block preparation
Title review and instructions to title company
Custom drafting
Lender's closing escrow instructions
Negotiations with borrower's counsel
While there is no obligation to use these services, we recommend including a Highland Law Corporation retention agreement for e-signing along with the LoanDocSolutions contract. If the retention agreement is in place, you will be able to avail yourself of these legal services without delay should you desire to do so in the future.
